You’ll be hard-pressed to find a better spot in Javea than this beautiful villa, which sleeps 16+ guests and has all the comforts of home.

This beautiful villa is located just outside the town center, on the slopes of the Montgo National Park giving it wonderful views of both the Montgo and the valley below, but still close enough to walk to the local Ermita Supermarket or a bite to eat at one of the local restaurants. Having transport is essential to be able to visit the beach and the other wonderful locations around the area —or just kick back on your private pool terrace with a glass of wine while you watch the sun go down.

Besides the large pool there is also a very large, fully equipped summer kitchen with shaded seating for 16 guests There is also a large pergola near the pool offering shaded seating for all guests.

Inside, the split villa is split into three levels. On the lower ground /pool level there are four bedrooms and four bathrooms, a large lounge and a kitchenette. On the upper ground floor level there are three bedrooms (one with a private terrace), three bathrooms, an indoor kitchen, a large lounge, a large sun room and dining area (Naya), and two outside terraces. The top floor has an ensuite bedroom with a private terrace, and there is a separate roof terrace with fantastic views of the valley and mountain.

All of the bedrooms on all floors have air conditioning. Each of the bedrooms has its own bathroom, either ensuite or private. All bathrooms have showers, basins and toilets, and two of the eight bathrooms also have a full sized bath. The eight bedrooms can be arranged to suit different guest needs. Five of the bedrooms can be made up as twins or doubles.

The overall feel of the villa is traditionally Spanish in design and offers a comfortable, well equipped, tranquil space.

The house is perfect for large groups looking for an unforgettable holiday experience together. You can spend days exploring the gardens filled with fruit trees or lounge by the pool—it’s up to you!
